Haus Rules Casa Lago – Eindhoutseweg 924, 2440 Geel

Welcome to Casa Lago! To make your stay and that of future guests as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.

1. Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy: 4 people

• No extra guests allowed beyond the reserved persons

2. Parties and events

• No parties or bachelor party allowed

• Rest and respect for the neighbors are expected

3. Pets

• Pets allowed: maximum 2 dogs

• Dogs not allowed on the couch or bed

• Treat the cottage with respect and make sure it remains tidy

• Any dug holes in the garden must be filled in

4. Use of the house

• Use kitchen utensils and all Casa Lago property carefully

• Leave the house clean and in the same condition as upon arrival

• Household waste: please sort into the provided trash cans

5. Keys

• Return keys after stay to the key cabinet at the front façade

6. Damage and costs

• Any damage or loss of property can result in additional charges

• We expect any damage to be reported immediately

7. Safety and responsibility

• Smoking is not allowed indoors

• Open flame and candles may only be used on safe locations

• Personal responsibility for personal property

8. General agreements

• Restore the peace of the neighborhood

• Use all facilities responsibly and responsibly

• Report any defects or problems immediately
